By accessing the GrissumKennels website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2.Services
GrissumKennels offers American Bully puppy placement, stud services, breeding consultations, bloodline development, owner education, and lifetime support. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement between GrissumKennels and the client.
3.Purchases and Payments
All puppy placements and stud services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve. Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual purchase agreement. GrissumKennels reserves the right to decline any transaction at its discretion.
4.Health Guarantee
GrissumKennels stands behind the health and structure of every dog placed. Specific health guarantee terms are provided in your individual purchase agreement. GrissumKennels is not liable for health issues arising from improper care, nutrition, or environmental factors after placement.
5.Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event GrissumKennels is unable to fulfill a confirmed placement, a full refund or transfer of deposit to a future litter will be offered at the client's discretion.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, logos, and branding is the property of GrissumKennels. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7.Limitation of Liability
GrissumKennels shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services beyond the amount paid for said services.
